Launchpad Lab is a fee-based collaborative shared-office learning hub where participants practice real-world problem solving, build professional relationships, explore entrepreneurship, and develop the tools to lead with purpose, power, and possibility.
The Lab provides opportunities for conflict resolution, professional etiquette, networking, collaboration, research, mentorship, and interaction with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations.
Unlike traditional coworking spaces, Launchpad Lab focuses on equity, accessibility, affordability, and community impact while supporting emerging entrepreneurs, grassroots leaders, and nonprofit organizations.

Host two networking or mentorship events annually connecting Launchpad participants with nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs.
Partner Launchpad participants with resident entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations to provide quarterly shadowing experiences.
Facilitate collaboration among resident nonprofits, resulting in an annual joint community project launched by mid-2027.
Ensure 90% of Launchpad participants complete the use of digital tools each month.
Implement an evaluation system and collect organizational growth outcome data from 90% of resident organizations each quarter beginning January 2027.
